2 Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States only.
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members or individuals living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.
• Void where prohibited by law.

3 Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on January 1, 2026 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on February 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET ("Sweepstakes Period").

Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4 How to Enter

Participation is simple and takes less than a minute. To enter, participants must:

• Visit the official Sweepstakes entry page on the Nuvia Coffee website during the Sweepstakes Period.
• Complete and submit the online entry form as instructed.

5 Prize

One (1) Technivorm Moccamaster KBGV Coffee Brewer

• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $475 USD
• Prize includes free standard shipping to the winner's confirmed U.S. address.
• No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
• Prize will be shipped within 30 days of winner confirmation.

6 Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7 Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will take place within a reasonable time after the Sweepstakes Period ends.

This Sweepstakes is a game of chance. Skill or purchase does not affect the outcome.

8 Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email using the address provided at entry within five (5) business days of the drawing.

The potential winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of the notification email to claim the prize.

If the potential winner fails to respond within the required timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.

Winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the specified timeframe.

9 Prize Conditions

• The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with receipt of the prize.
• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their first name, city, and state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred or substituted.

10 Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
• Technical failures of any kind
• Website or email transmission errors
• Unauthorized human intervention

11 General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
• Sponsor's decisions regarding the Sweepstakes are final and binding in all matters related to administration, winner selection, and prize awarding.
• All entries become the property of Nuvia Coffee and will not be returned.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

12 Governing Law

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the applicable laws of the Sponsor's state of registration, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Sweepstakes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.

13 Winner Information

The winner's first name, city, and state may be available upon written request to the Sponsor within a reasonable period after the Sweepstakes ends.

14 Privacy

Information collected from participants will be used solely for sweepstakes administration and, if opted in, for marketing communications from Nuvia Coffee. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the Sweepstakes.

15 Acknowledgment

By entering the Sweepstakes, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Nuvia Coffee.
